How it Works

Participating in a Live MultiBID Event or Open Bidding Event with MultiBID is a straightforward and exciting process. Here’s how it works:

  1. Create Your Account: Sign up and create your MultiBID account to gain access to our platform’s exclusive features and events.
  2. Explore Property Listings: Browse through dynamic property listings to find the perfect opportunity that matches your preferences and investment goals.
  3. Join a MultiBID Event: When you find a property that catches your interest, join the Live MultiBID Event or Open Bidding Event associated with it.
  4. Place Your Bids: During the event, place your bids on the property you wish to acquire. You’ll receive real-time updates on competing bids, keeping you informed throughout the process.
  5. The Hold Status: After the bidding concludes, the property enters the Hold Status. The seller evaluates the final bids, and if they choose to accept the highest bid, the transaction proceeds to the next stage.
  6. Formalize the Deal: Once the seller accepts the highest bid, formalize the deal by reviewing and signing the necessary documents related to the property transaction.
  7. Complete the Transaction: Complete the transaction by submitting the earnest money deposit, demonstrating your commitment to the purchase.
  8. Congratulations!: With the transaction successfully completed, congratulations! You’ve secured your property through the innovative MultiBID process.
