Should you not sell your property during your Live MultiBID Event you have three options:
- Relist the MultiBID, perhaps using different parameters
- Relist your property using the traditional real estate method (MLS).
- Negotiate with those who have registered to bid to try to reach an agreement.
*note that all collateral produced by the listing brokerage on a MultiBID (including but not limited to photos, feature sheets, signage, video, virtual tours, property descriptions, home inspections, or other documents/media) remain the property of that listing brokerage and MultiBID, and cannot be transferred to another brokerage or used privately.
