A credit card is charged as such:
- Where a credit card would be charged is upon successful completion of a MultiBID event and you are the Winner of the property. At that time we will charge the Buyers Premium to the successful buyer only, which would be equivalent to 0.15% plus HST of the final sale price.
- Another instance where a credit card is charged is in the event an individual makes a delinquent bid, where a winning bidder fails to complete the transaction. The charge is designed to be a deterrence to such an action, and provides additional security to other bidders as well as the seller.  This amount may be in an amount no less than the Buyers Premium along with additional legal proceedings from the Sellers, and both Brokers/Agents who participating in the bidding process.
- There is also a fee of $20 plus HST which is charged to EVERY buyer participant whether they win the bid or not.
