GENERAL VISITOR
By just visiting the site you have access to many things such as:
– Upcoming events

– Complete Knowledge Base

– Learn about MultiBID

CREATE AN ACCOUNT
Creating an Account is the first step to gaining additional access to things such as:

– Document Vault: this would be specific to each property and include legal documents, property receipts, important forms, and more.

– Ability to view Current Bid during a Live MultiBID event.

VERIFY ACCOUNT
MultiBID requires the verification of every account that is created. This would be provided by email and the use of a secret link that only you will receive. Account verification is required in order for a new account to be activated.

PURCHASE BUYER REGISTRATION
In order to participate in a Live MultiBID event, a bidder must purchase a Buyer Registration item specific to each property. There are two Registration items; one for a Buying Agent and another for Buyer not represented by an Agent.

– Consent forms will be provided and must be completed prior to being granted buyer access to property.

BID OPENLY
Following the above steps and after the Consent forms have been filled and returned, you will be granted access to the Live MultiBID event at which time you can:

– Bid openly

– See competing bid amounts

– Become the MultiBID event Winner

– Purchase the property!

• Property Waitlist:  by adding yourself to the Waitlist you will be notified when the Live event has commenced and/or relisted.
• It is recommend to Refresh your browser occasionally in order to ensure that your connection remains active and information remains current.
